General Return and Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Return or Exchange: Contact us at info@kvinova.com with your order number. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
- Send Your Product Back: Once approved, you will receive the return address. You must send the item back within 30 days of receipt. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we can only process a refund or exchange once the item is received. Note: return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
- Refund or Exchange: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 3-5 business days.
Important Conditions
- Always contact us first at info@kvinova.com to initiate a return or exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition, including packaging and tags. Worn, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.
- Defective products will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.
Non-Refundable or Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged due to use, washing, or other human interventions. Change of mind is not considered a quality issue.
Post-Return and Exchange Procedure
Once your returned or exchanged items are inspected and approved by our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
